Sometimes Kids Deserve To Get Carried Away
The Dream Factory emerged from a rebrand of The Rainbow Society, Canada's first ever wish granting organization. To renew and revitalize the organization's identity, we peeled back their functional benefits to discover the emotional purpose behind what they do. We found that purpose is to create a sense of joy, and we harnessed this in the new logo and identity. The airship logo design was inspired by the organization's new positioning line: Sometimes kids deserve to get carried away. With this in mind we designed a full identity package for the business, and a couple unexpected touchpoints that really expressed the concept. Touchpoints like branded pillowcases, pillows being dream factories themselves, and pop-out folders showing the airship floating up out of the page.
